As a Recruitment Sales Associate, you’re our face to the client, and are responsible for building our client base. You’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to do what we at LLS Australia do best – matching great contract and labour hire talent with great clients, quickly.
You will use your strong sales skills and natural drive to build great client relationships to identify new clients, win business, and grow our service portfolio with your clients. We want you to grow with us and build lasting relationships that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our recruitment services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets, and generate a great job pipeline for your industry portfolios.
- Manage existing client relationships to increase share of wallet and value, securing a strong pipeline of new roles for the organisation.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand and communicate client needs and provide tailored solutions, matching great candidates with clients quickly and generating the best fit roles for our candidate pools.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is highly regarded.
