This position is a WFH Hybrid Role. We manage our daily operations via a Digital Hub that streamlines the Guest Journey so that guests can be fully checked in, with their digital key ready to walk straight in and bypass the days of lining up at reception

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be part of a small and growing team of genuine people. This position will be a hands-on role
- Oversee the Digital Front Office & Reservations team Inc. complaint escalation and problem-solving, team management and training, as well as staff scheduling
- Ensure the delivery and development of high-level service throughout the entire Guest Journey
- Prioritising workload and ensuring your team deliver authentic, memorable experiences
- Build strong relationships with your teammates and our guests
- Developing your team’s skills to drive results that positively impact on hotel performance
- Being first point of contact for any critical emergency situations
- Provide support and assistance to the Operations Manager in higher-level hotel management and admin tasks, in order to prepare yourself for a future growth role
About You
We work in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same, so we’re looking for people who are adaptable, enjoy variety and operate with an ownership mindset
- Ideally you have experience in a Front Office/STA Supervisory role and are ready to take the next step in your career or, currently a Duty Manager looking for some different market exposure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem solving, reasoning and motivational skills
- Perform all tasks of a Front Office/Reservations Staff as needed to facilitate service
- Exceptional telephone technique with exceptional communication skills
- Maintain partnership with all related staffing partners, and guide related departments to optimize the arrival and departures process for our guests
- Able to take after hour calls on set rostered nights
- Comfortable using and adapting to technology
- A valid Full Australian Drivers Licence is preferred
- Flexibility to work week days, weekends and public holidays
