Guidewire Technical Lead Role

We're a leading technology services company seeking a talented Lead Guidewire Architect to join our thriving remote team. You'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions, all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment.In this role, you'll frequently:

• Lead the design and architecture of Guidewire solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices. (Must have experience with Policy Center and Billing Center)
• Design, develop, and implement applications leveraging your expertise in Guidewire Billing Center, Policy Center, Configuration, and Integration Plug-in Development.
• Oversee development and customization efforts, maintaining high-quality code and adherence to standards.
• Manage system integrations, ensuring seamless connections with internal and third-party systems. (Experience with Guidewire cloud concepts preferred)
• Lead a developer team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support for successful project delivery.
• Act as a technical liaison between the project team and clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing technical support after implementation, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong experience with Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center, Configuration, and Integration Plug-in Development.
• Experience in Guidewire Portals and software architecture/design patterns is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest Guidewire advancements.
