About the roles
We have several opportunities for Technical and Project professionals with Defence experience who have worked with Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (GWEO) projects and programs.
You will provide technical expertise and/or management to support Defence in the delivery of highly critical capability in support and executing Defence's mission to defend Australia and its national interests.
To be considered you will be required to have experience with three or more of the below
- Qualified practitioners with higher degree qualifications or relevant industry experience of more than 8 years.
- Experienced and qualified EO engineer.
- Prior experience providing guided weapons engineering services.
- Experience producing professional artefacts.
- Requirement specifications, design documents and specialist engineering reports.
- V&V plans, procedures, and reports.
- Assist in managing RAN/RAAF firing support and test and trials activities.
- Prior experience managing EO transportation between USA and Australia.
- Experience in the receipt and introduction of weapon systems in support into the Australian Supply System.
- Project management, acquisition, asset management, engineering, certification approvals, ILS, contract management,
sustainment and disposal plans.
