With our doors opening soon, we’re looking for equally passionate fitness professionals to join our team, as our club Manager and Group Fitness Instructor.
About the role
Are you a dynamic and talented individual ready to take on the challenge of managing and expanding our brand-new club in New South Wales? We are seeking an enthusiastic manager with exceptional multi-tasking abilities, outstanding customer care skills, and a knack for driving membership sales.
As the face of our gym, you will embody our energetic and community-focused club culture. Your role involves not only providing excellent customer service but also cultivating strong club relationships that add significant value to our clients' memberships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
✨ Front Desk Operations:
- Welcome and assist potential and existing clients.
- Efficiently manage the front desk, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
✨ Membership Sales and Lead Generation:
- Sell/upsell memberships to current and potential clients.
- Create brand awareness in the local community.
- Engage in marketing campaigns to drive memberships.
✨ Group Functional Training:
- Provide dynamic and engaging group functional training classes to our members.
✨ Club Operations:
- Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Achieve KPIs and sales targets.
- Contribute to a positive club culture and participate in fitness competitions.
- Maintain the club with high standards of quality.
Skills and Experience
💪 Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness
💪 Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
💪 Previous experience at a 24-hour gym would be an advantage but not essential.
