A Brand New Gym is opening in Penrith this year and looking for a Club Manager to work with them to open with an incredible community. CLUB MANAGER
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day to day running of the club and operations
- Create a fun, friendly and focused club environment where staff love to work and members love to work out!
- Servicing potential and new members
- Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day to day
- Achieving sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Promotion of the club within the local community
- Driving marketing and advertising campaigns
- Uphold the requirements for security and OH&S
- Helping to build the team
Successful candidate will need:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivation, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
- Proactive – offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the management
- Supervisory or Management experience – take initiative and responsibility
- Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others
- Previous sales skills are essential
Experience/Knowledge/Qualification:
- Certificate III or IV in fitness
- First Aid/CPR certificate/WWCC Essential
- Full-Time Position (38 hours p/week) - part time option available too!
- Bonus potential circa $10k-15k over the year
