JOB DESCRIPTION: As the front of house at Intuition, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome that sets the tone for their visit. You will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of our space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's booking system
• Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and availability
• Manage client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area
• Assist stylists and technicians with various administrative tasks as needed
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination of appointments and services

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a salon or spa setting but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using salon management software or booking systems (experience with Timely Software is a plus)
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
