SalaryOur innovative company is looking to fill two roles. We are seeking an exceptional Happiness Officer (Work from home) and a Happiness Coach/Support Worker(s).

Raise your Spirit (RYS) is an organisation that lifts our client’s spirits and achieves their goals. We specialise in performance and wellbeing programs for 7 to 25 year olds living with disabilities.
We provide one on one support, day programs, in-home therapy, getaways, camps and adventures through a multi disciplined approach.

If you can sing, play an instrument, paint, draw, DJ, write, dance, cook, lead group sports or have a special superpower that can lift our clients' spirits then please apply.
Role 1: We are looking for a casual Happiness Officer who can:
- Work from home
- Phone existing and new clients.
- Must be great on the phone.
- Able to make appointments for new client inquiries.
- Update all communication in our CRM - Hubspot (training provided).
- Willing to be trained to visit clients in their homes.
- 10 hours a week.
- Must be organised and self disciplined.
- You are great at admin and making things happen.
- Work with other team members from different states.
Role 2: We will also require an exceptional Happiness Coach/Support Worker with the following;
- You must love helping and inspiring others.
- You can allocate regular days or hours per week.
- You have worked with those living with disabilities before or really would like to.
- You want to help people make their goals happen.
- You are young or young at heart and our 7 to 25 year old clients would want to hang out with you.
- You like gaming, DJing, cars, creative pursuits, have other cool interests and are active.
- You are willing to join in on activities with our clients and not just sit on the sideline.
- You have heaps of patience and are kind.
- You are caring and nurturing.
- You are reliable and must always be on time.
- You may have qualifications (or currently studying) in disability, ageing, healthcare (nursing, paramedic), allied health or other relevant qualifications.
- You are an awesome human.
- You must be prepared to undergo a police check.
- Current working with children check.
- Hold First Aid and CPR Certificates from a recognised course provider.
- Hold a Driver’s Licence from an Australian State or Territory.
- Must have a valid Australian and/or New Zealand Passport.
