What you’ll do:
- Lead the design and development of hardware solutions for battery management systems (BMS) and energy storage products.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of hardware projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Provide technical expertise in electronics and hardware design, guiding the team in solving complex engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, product managers, and executives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for battery management and storage hardware designs, specifications, and testing procedures.
What you’ll need:
- Significant experience in hardware design and development with a focus on battery management and storage systems.

- Leadership experience in guiding teams through the complete product development lifecycle.
