As a result we are looking for a Sales Manager that can lead our sales team!
About the Role:
In this role at Harley-Heaven Western Sydney, you will report directly to the Dealer Principal and oversee and manage all operations of new and pre-owned bikes. You will be responsible for meeting budget expectations, ensuring profitability, departmental reporting and driving outcomes with a true team focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the performance of our sales executives
- Oversee and manage all operations of new and pre-owned bikes
- Achieve monthly and annual objectives for the department in collaboration with Dealer Principal
- Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Staff Management and Training within the Sales Department
- Responsible for adequate stocking levels and sales target achievement
You will have:
- 3 or more years of progressive experience within the New or Used automotive sales
- Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and retain quality employees
- Preferred knowledge and experience with sales of relevant motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership
- Excellent communication skills
