Opportunity:
- Day and night shifts are available.
- Rate of pay between $35 to $40 per hour.
- Approx. 55 to 60 hours per week.
- Weekend Work Available.
- Full-time hours.
- Safely operate HC trucks to transport materials to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logbooks and delivery receipts.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, site personnel, and other team members.
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Valid HC driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 months of experience driving heavy combination vehicles.
- Ability to operate trucks safely in various weather and road conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
