In the heart of Orange’s heritage precinct, the Byng Street Boutique Hotel provides the perfect location for guests to enjoy their Orange experience.
The Byng Street Boutique Hotel, featuring 22 guest rooms and suites, is now seeking an experienced Head Chef to join the team. This is an autonomous role. As Head Chef you will have the drive to step into the kitchen and be capable of taking on the responsibility of all aspects of the planning and delivery of a creative food offering. You will have a hands on approach and be innovative with your menu ideas. Attention to detail is paramount.

We would like to speak with you if you possess:
- Previous experience as a Chef in a similar environment.
- Fully qualified with Cert III Commercial Cookery minimum.
- Availability to work a full-time hospitality roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required. Please note majority of shifts will be from 6am - 2pm.
- Confidence in working across all sections of a commercial kitchen.
- A passion and love for fresh local produce.
