Head Chef
ORSO BAYSIDE
Located at spit bridge Mosman
The recently renovated Orso Bayside is looking for a hands on professional & passionate Head Chef or an experienced Sous chef to take over the day to day running of a busy boutique events space consisting of 2 rooms.
Working week would be 45 hours with paid OT for any extra worked
Training & support will be provided by Group executive chef.
The role would include working alone during quiet periods
The role would also include working in our other businesses if and when needed
Immediate start available for the right chef

Skills you must have:
Driving quality and consistency of food production
Contributing and developing new menu items
Review food cost related matters
Monitor labour cost
Good people and communication skills
About You:
To be considered for this fantastic leadership role, you will:
· be an Australian Resident;
· have a minimum of 2 years Head Chef experience or a well experienced Sous chef
· hold all relevant and current industry licences and certificates inclusive NSW FSS
· have strong Functions and Events delivery knowledge
· Confidence in training and developing a small team of chefs & kitchen hands
· Ability to deliver on budget targets, KPI's and reporting requirements
· adhere to company and industry policies and procedures
· develop a strong rapport with staff, management, and clientele
· be a flexible, hands on, energetic and proactive leader
Salary $80,000+ Super
