Redcape Hotel Group is looking for a Head Chef to join our Leadership Team at Courthouse Hotel.

Key qualifications and attributes:
- Demonstrated leadership and previous experience.
- Ability to solve problems and seek guidance where necessary.
- Clear communication skills with a high level of organisation.
- Uncompromising approach to product & service delivery – a great hands-on service ethic.
- Exceptional capabilities in quality and consistency of product delivery.
- Experience in operating multiple obligations for several service points.
- Commitment to rotating rosters & shift work to fulfil a variety of shifts, that can vary from opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays.
- Capable of working cohesively and autonomously within a small team.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef in a fast paced kitchen.
