The Greenroof Hotel is a fun & exciting place to work in the heart of Newcastle.
We’re looking for a creative team leader to join us & help grow our restaurant inside the pub.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our culinary offerings and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
This role is ideal for a sous chef or a sous chef ready to become a Head Chef.
You will be required to lead the kitchen team & do costings, rosters & also create specials.
Social media understanding is a bonus.
Working week is an expected 40 hours + bonus structure.
Accommodation is also available.
