Come and join the team at the Kalbarri Edge Resort, Kalbarri's premier accommodation venue.

The Kalbarri Edge Restaurant can comfortably serve up to 70 people and has one of the best regional kitchens and produces a varied, quality menu to both inhouse guests and the town’s residents.

We are seeking someone who is as passionate as we are about quality food, keeping up to date with current trends and bringing inspiration to our venue. The Head Chef will be hands-on, creating amazing dishes to test the senses.  

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will possess the following skills:

• A positive, customer focused attitude
• Be a hands-on leader willing to lead by example.
• Be fastidious about cleanliness and healthy food handling.
• Be experienced working in a busy hospitality environment and are able to cope under pressure.
• Have the ability to be creative and think outside the box.
• Be aware of current industry trends and able to cost menus.
• Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills

For your contribution to our team, you will be rewarded with: 

• A competitive Salary Package of $75,000-$85,000 p.a.
• A professional working environment.  You are part of a group that operates 6 other regional restaurants, each with their own Head Chef.  Chefs meet regularly to discuss new ideas and suppliers.
• Onsite Accommodation in your own 1 bed apartment
