Job tasks and responsibilities
There will be a hands on approach in the everyday running of the kitchen.
You will be a positive, proactive individual with good communication skills.
You will have experience in a fast paced kitchen environment and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
You will be a team player with a strong focus on providing great food to our guests
Skills and experience
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Effective planning, prioritisation and decision making skills
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Strong creativity and capacity to think outside the square
• Relevant trade certificate or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar establishment/position.
• Compassionate leadership skills and a strong ability to inspire a team
MUST HAVES:
• Some previous experience in a similar position or a similarly high quality establishment
• Confident with high volume services
• Fluent written & verbal English is essential
• Service excellence
• Passion for food and exceeding guest expectations
SHOULD HAVE:
• Sense of Humour

• Drive and Resilience
• Current Drivers License
