Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to problem solve.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold The Colourpatch standards.
• Manage inventory, budgets and financial performance to achieve targets.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth amongst colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Excellent wine and cocktail knowledge.

Head Chef Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a creative and diverse menu, meeting the needs of the local community and the tourist trade.
• Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to consistently deliver high-quality dishes.
• Ensure efficient kitchen operations, managing food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source fresh, local ingredients, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Create cost-effective menus while maintaining quality and profitability.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering and control of kitchen supplies.
• Full financial accountability of kitchen management: food costing, orders, stock control and waste minimisation, rostering.

Requirements:

• Proven previous experience in senior management roles or as business owners. 
• These are hands on positions.
• Team players.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Driver’s license. 
• Approved Managers Card for WA
