Head Chef - Modern Italian Cuisine

Felix Espresso & Wine will be the newest venue in the Telic Hospitality Group, dedicated to showcasing Italian inspired dishes - panini's & espresso by day and fresh pasta & small plates by night. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Head Chef to oversee the kitchen team and foster a creative output. The work will be a mixture of daytime and evening work, with your time spread where best suited & desired

To be successful the ideal applicant will be passionate about delivering creative food, have an intricate attention to detail, high level of energy, be willing to learn and develop within our growing team. 

To be successful you will;

• Be living in Tasmania

• Be exceptional at food preparation

• Have a high level of food knowledge 

• Be trade qualified in cookery

• Be able to oversee and manage the rest of the kitchen team

• Be able to creatively develop a seasonal and exciting menu

• Uphold excellent personal presentation standards

• Be able and willing to work in all areas of the kitchen

• Be driven in your attitude to producing quality in everything you do

• Proactively manage costs
