Felix Espresso & Wine will be the newest venue in the Telic Hospitality Group, dedicated to showcasing Italian inspired dishes - panini's & espresso by day and fresh pasta & small plates by night. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Head Chef to oversee the kitchen team and foster a creative output. The work will be a mixture of daytime and evening work, with your time spread where best suited & desired

• Be able to oversee and manage the rest of the kitchen team
• Be able to creatively develop a seasonal and exciting menu

• Be able and willing to work in all areas of the kitchen
• Be driven in your attitude to producing quality in everything you do
• Proactively manage costs
