SalaryWe are seeking a Talented Head Chef for this busy venue located in the Northern Territory!
You will join a great company and work with an energetic team of chefs in a hands on leadership role.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for all aspects of the kitchen and kitchen team
- Hands on cooking of bistro & a la carte meals
- Menu planning and costing
- Stock control, stock ordering and undertaking regular stocktakes
- Maintain a clean kitchen
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to live and work remote
- Up to date knowledge of food trends
- Knowledge of current Workplace Health and Safety Regulations
- A high degree of work ethic
-Work available for partners
-Accommodation may also be suitable for families if required
