Job Description
As Head Chef of Production, you will report to the Executive Chef in leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional, restaurant-caliber cuisine with a keen focus on process, cost control, and organization. This role transcends traditional Production Kitchen responsibilities; we seek a chef with a systematic & process-driven background, possessing both culinary prowess and organizational acumen to excel in this distinctive environment.

- Exceptional management skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Capacity to build, develop, and lead a sizable team
- Insight to evaluate operational performance and drive improvements
- Strong financial acumen related to labour and cost control
- A highly structured and organized approach, adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously
This role is offering a robust remuneration package exceeding $100,000 plus superannuation for the right candidate.
