The Head Designer will take the creative lead on major campaigns and branding projects, as well as ensure the integrity and consistency of the Crown Brand, maintaining a comprehensive style guide. They will also take briefs from various business units, develop design concepts, present to stakeholders, and produce finished art for various marketing collateral including high-end VIP pieces, cross-property campaigns, and ATL material.
The Creative team offers an exciting mix of operational and strategic opportunities that work to ensure Crown remains the ultimate destination for joyful experiences.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for stakeholders. As well as:
- Develop high-quality work managing the design process from conception to finished art for both print and digital collateral. As well as Art directing and leading the creative for major campaigns across various business units.
- Managing the workflow and creative output of the team ensuring jobs are briefed on time, high quality, and within the Crown Brand Guidelines.
- Ensure the studio produces effective design layouts, rollouts, and typesetting, ensuring clear communication and accurate finished art. As well as all artwork has corrected specifications across all media channels including print, eDM, social media, and web.
- Training and mentoring new and current designers on systems, processes, guidelines, professional development, and performance.
You'll bring the following:
- Team leadership and art direction experience.
- Highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, and Acrobat.
- Extremely creative in conceptual designs and an expert in finished art.
- Knowledge of using spot colours, varnishes, foils, die lines, embossing, folds, and paper stocks and must be able to use the latest Creative Cloud software.
