This position will be responsible for translating support needs into operational services and activities, providing expert strategic advice, optimizing service delivery, and championing compliance. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring effective education support delivery, strategic planning, and stakeholder collaboration.Your key responsibilities will be to:oversee the management of education support services, ensuring education and teaching objectives are metmonitor education support operations, identify opportunities for efficiency gains and promote collaboration to optimise service deliveryidentify strategic education support needs, implement improvements to address challenges, and contribute to the development, review, and reform of academic programs.champion compliance, ensuring reporting, legislative and accreditation requirements are met.manage the performance and development of technical staff, including conducting performance reviews, facilitating professional development, and overseeing career managementAbout youThe University values .
