Scope & Overall Purpose of the Job:

As the Head of Business Partnering, you will lead and support a team of Business Partners who are responsible for strategic and operational interactions with business stakeholders. Your role is pivotal in facilitating the delivery of technology services and solutions to achieve business objectives. You will act as the key interface between IT and the business, co-developing roadmaps, identifying dependencies and efficiencies, and standardizing Business Partnering engagement.

Your leadership will drive the development of a unified Strategic Technology Roadmap that reflects the needs of all business areas, setting priorities for projects and initiatives. Additionally, you will serve as the primary interface with the operations senior leadership team, advising on technology and solution design, and supporting Operations Shared Service functions. Working alongside Project teams, Applications, Service, and Architecture teams, you will ensure alignment of strategic outcomes and the successful delivery of Business initiatives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Operations leaders and other business stakeholders to support the creation of technology roadmaps.
• Lead the development of a comprehensive business-wide roadmap, understanding priorities, sequencing, and dependencies, in collaboration with the Innovation team.
• Guide a team of Business Partners in developing solutions that meet the strategic and operational needs of the organization.
• Standardize and ensure consistency in Business Partnering functions and engagement within IT and across the organization.
• Contribute proactively to the evolution of Business processes, technology strategy, and investments.
• Stay abreast of innovative technology developments to drive opportunities for innovation, competitive advantage, and improved productivity and efficiency.
• Drive operational excellence in project and service delivery to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with key business and IT stakeholders to maximize business value and return on investment from IT solutions.
• Support projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that target business objectives and benefits are achieved.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance IT service delivery, reduce costs, and improve business outcomes.
• Plan and communicate demand for business functions, including proposed technology investments and team requirements.
• Lead and manage governance forums with Operations and other business units to provide updates on IT performance, projects, initiatives, and service outcomes.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 15 years of relevant global experience, including 6-8 years in a Business Partnering or business-facing IT role.
• Proven experience managing projects, programs, PMO, and portfolio management in a complex IT environment.
• Strong track record in Relationship Management.
• Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
• Resilience to change and ability to lead teams through change.
• Experience in large global organizations utilizing in-sourced and out-sourced IT service providers.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Demonstrable experience in Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and Oracle E-Business Suite.
