You will play a vital role in shaping the company's future and ensuring its continued growth, success and sustainability in a dynamic business environment through the development and implementation of the domestic Business Strategy.
What you'll do
- Developing, communicating, and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment of divisional strategies with overall corporate objectives.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard against potential threats
- Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
- Monitoring and analysing market trends, competitive landscape, and industry disruptions.
- Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
- Continuously improving and refining the strategic planning process and tools.
- Presenting strategic plans and updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
What you'll bring
- Experience in an ASX listed organisation leading Strategy Development and deployment.
- Degree qualified, preferably in Business or Finance.
- Interest in or knowledge of the gambling industry.
- Experience in 'issues rich' industries or sectors where social license to operate is a critical business consideration.
- Experience in M&A analysis and due diligence
