Salary Ranging From $106,758.08 - $123,839.56 p.a + 11% Superannuation (Depending on Experience and Qualifications)
The Opportunity
The Coordinator Strategy and Business Improvement is responsible for leading the organisation’s approach to Business Improvement, including promoting and embedding principles, framework, and techniques throughout the organisation. The position plays a key role in assisting managers through the business planning and service review process to support successful change management initiatives and outcomes that enable the organisation to perform at its best. The position will play a key role in the development and implementation of the IP&R Improvement Plan.

Essential Criteria
- Degree qualification in a business, public administration or other related field.
- Extensive demonstrated experience implementing Business Improvement principles and methodologies and demonstrated ability to coach teams and individuals on Business Improvement.
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge of the Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework as well as establishing and analysing performance indicators.
- Demonstrated experience in complex report writing, Strategy and plan development and ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements. Demonstrated ability to develop project briefs, plans, reports and specification documents, including ongoing management and monitoring.
- Demonstrated high level project management skills ability to deliver within identified outcomes and timeframes and demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to change management within organisation that provides a diverse range of services.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting service, financial and process reviews.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build effective working relationships and negotiate and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- An ability to exercise critical and systems thinking in the workplace and to demonstrate a high level of problem- solving skills. Provide sound strategic planning advice to the organisation, as well as identifying efficient innovation.
- Current Drivers Licence (Class C)
