Role Overview:As the Head of College, you will lead the institution with inspiration and innovation, building upon strong foundations while exploring new avenues for growth and development. This pivotal role involves shaping the next chapter of the College's legacy, focusing on student success and fostering community engagement.About The College:Join this esteemed College community as we seek a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as our Head of College. With campuses in the vibrant St George area of Rockdale and Bexley, our K-12 College is dedicated to nurturing academic excellence and spiritual growth in students.Vision:The vision is to enrich children with Christian teachings rooted in the Coptic Orthodox faith, empowering them to become value-driven Australian citizens with unique gifts, all within a supportive and inclusive community.Key Selection Criteria:Seeking a candidate who embodies the following qualities:

• Alignment with the teachings, faith, and ethos of the Coptic Orthodox Church.
• Ability to collaborate closely with the Executive Team, comprising the Head of Primary, Head of Secondary, and CFO.
• Proven educational leadership, including successful change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Skills in developing, reviewing, and implementing strategic plans for the College.
• Capacity to motivate and engage stakeholders, including staff, students, and parents, to uphold high expectations and a supportive environment.
• Experience in leveraging technology for learning enhancement and utilizing data for student performance tracking and improvement.
• Familiarity with implementing Wellbeing policies and programs.
• Willingness to actively participate in the College's religious program and ethos.

Qualifications:The ideal candidate should possess:

• Suitable academic qualifications, including at least an undergraduate degree in Education or a Master of Education with a focus on Educational Leadership.
• Registration with NESA or equivalent Australian interstate authority.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Head or Deputy Head of College.
• Current Working with Children Check.
