- Alignment with the teachings, faith, and ethos of the Coptic Orthodox Church.
- Ability to collaborate closely with the Executive Team, comprising the Head of Primary, Head of Secondary, and CFO.
- Proven educational leadership, including successful change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Skills in developing, reviewing, and implementing strategic plans for the College.
- Capacity to motivate and engage stakeholders, including staff, students, and parents, to uphold high expectations and a supportive environment.
- Experience in leveraging technology for learning enhancement and utilizing data for student performance tracking and improvement.
- Familiarity with implementing Wellbeing policies and programs.
- Willingness to actively participate in the College's religious program and ethos.
- Suitable academic qualifications, including at least an undergraduate degree in Education or a Master of Education with a focus on Educational Leadership.
- Registration with NESA or equivalent Australian interstate authority.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Head or Deputy Head of College.
- Current Working with Children Check.
