About the Role: HR Client Services Lead
As the HR Client Services Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our HR service delivery, reporting directly to our Founder and Managing Director. This isn't just any leadership role; you'll be stepping into the shoes of an exceptional leader during her maternity leave (due March 2024), with a high likelihood of this role evolving into a permanent position that’s either full-time or part-time.

- You'll steer our talented team of HR professionals, leading without the need for hand-holding, inspiring leadership, accountability and excellence.
- Every day will present a new challenge, as you navigate the diverse needs of SMEs, NFPs, mid-sized businesses, and government clients.
