- Manage departmental operations including the writing and evaluation of Science curriculum
- Design and implement curriculum programs aligned with the School's Learning Framework.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning.
- Establish and review students' learning goals and adapt curriculum programs accordingly.
- Engage in continuous reflection on teaching practices and actively participate in the School's Personal Learning Programme.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate student activities and share teaching insights.
