Our client, Mary MacKillop Catholic Regional College located in Leongatha 3953, has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join their team as the Executive Assistant to the Principal.
We are seeking a talented individual as the right-hand person to the principal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of the college. Your advanced administrative and organisational skills will be put to the test as you tackle a range of responsibilities, from office management to marketing and event coordination.

Preferred Requirements:
- A Tertiary qualification and/or equivalent workplace experience in Office Management, Marketing or Event Management
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team as required
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High level ICT skills and knowledge including database use, MS Office and Google Suite
- Salary range $87,614 to $99,796 (Education Support Cat. C, Level 4)
