The Role:
As part of the Senior Leadership team, this role will be taking end to end ownership of Digital & eCommerce Trading activity, strategic roadmap development and online growth for this market leader and total success story.
You will be responsible for developing out the roadmap for Digital, leading the full CRO strategy and lead major Digital projects, as well as continuing to drive innovation and forward-thinking.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- An extensive eCommerce trading & Digital leadership background within the Fashion space, managing high-profile platforms
- Demonstrated abilities to elevate success, drive online growth and continually exceed online targets, both locally & internationally
- A background within pureplay, Fashion and international trading, would be highly advantageous
- Solid people leadership experience across Digital functions, including eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Development & CRM, coaching and mentoring to high-success
- Strong experience with full P&L management and full budget accountability, managing relationships with agency partners
- A highly analytical and data-driven approach
- An extensive, strategic background, formulating effective initiatives across Performance, Digital, Trading & CRO
- You will be a real leader in industry knowledge, updates & trends, and have the ability to drive a brand to be one step aHead of the market
