The Position

With a strong focus on innovation, creativity, and customer satisfaction, Tank Stream Design has built a reputation for excellence in our industry. As we continue to grow and expand globally, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing and E Commerce Manager to join our team.

Description of the role

This is a dream role - reporting to our Managing Director. With your growing team, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing our whole Marketing Department,  E Commerce sites, Marketing Strategy and its execution, for all our brands, globally.

As we broadening of our scope, we aim to transition from a predominant focus on our wholesale business to a more wholistic omni-channel business model. This newly created position will be core to this transition and will have limitless opportunities to shine and focus on what you do best.

Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, and manage, strategic omni channel marketing plans across all platforms (e.g. digital, wholesale, brand advocate/influencer, product launches etc.) to drive brand growth and exposure in new markets
• Ownership of our global eCommerce websites, ensuring that all eCommerce sites are profitable, optimised, always functioning, and creative content is on-trend, informational, and educational.
• Lead and develop the Tank Stream Marketing team, building a high-performance culture. include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance.
• Ongoing and extensive market research and keep up to date with marketing, social media, product, and creative trends       
• Ownership and management of a metric driven goals, auditing campaign assets to ensure healthy traffic and conversion metrics
• Preparing and delivering marketing metrics and monthly executive reports to inform on measurable outcomes of marketing campaigns; and using a range of tools to measure effectiveness and success of marketing campaigns 
• Management of all brand photo-shoots, both lifestyle and product in collaboration with our Brand Managers
• Ownership and project management of catalog projects across our entire brand portfolio, ensuring delivery on-time with quality excellence

Qualifications

This is a key role in our business hence we are chasing someone with the following skills and experience:  

• You have an extensive, proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns with 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role
• 5+ years of experience in managing/developing people, encouraging continual improvement and knowledge sharing
• Proven experience developing, building, executing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns
• Proven experience managing profitable eCommerce stores. Multi-brand experience is not required but preferred
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrable executive presence – board room quality - able to represent the company to senior managers externally and internally 
• Be a forward thinking, innovative, strategic marketer who thrives on results and is equally passionate about customer satisfaction and business growth
• Ability to develop deep insights from analytics and historical data and make commercially driven recommendations.
• Have an amazing attention to detail with a flair for design and creativity
• Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates 
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
