Job Title: Head of FinanceLocation: Brisbane CitySalary: $130,000 to $140,000 + Super negotiableCompany: Confidential Technology Scale-up companyAbout the Company:Our client is a high-growth tech scale-up based in Fortitude Valley (Brisbane) operating in a dynamic industry. They are seeking a Head of Finance to join their team and drive financial success in a challenging and rewarding environment.Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to oversee financial operations, manage multiple entities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy and contributing to the company's growth.Key Responsibilities:- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.- Oversee multiple entities and ensure accurate and compliant financial management.- Collaborate with internal teams to develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and implement necessary controls.- Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to support decision-making.- Assist Team on Administration duties to assist and compile documentation to our external accountants relating to ATO /ASIC lodgements.- Review and Ensure tax compliance obligations are met including BAS, OSR, Superannuation, and PAYG.- Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.- Work in office 5 days a weekQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance; CPA or CA in Australia- Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar role, managing multiple entities.- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Benefits- Competitive salary negotiable- Opportunities for fast professional development and career growth.- Collaborative work environment focused on innovation and excellence.Application Process:To apply, please submit your resume to edouard.vangoethem@randstad.com.au for a confidential chat.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
