Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of F&B professionals to achieve excellence.
- Collaborate with chefs to curate innovative menus.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimise cost efficiency.
- Coordinate and execute events and functions with meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements:
Proven experience in F&B management, ideally in a high-end restaurant setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff and guests.
Knowledge of industry trends, culinary techniques, and food safety standards.
