We are looking for someone with a passion to help women who are impacted by domestic and family violence. Your task will be to build a unique fundraising and marketing team which will allow us to raise awareness and funds to end violence.
You may have had experience with sourcing and managing philanthropic organisations/donors, or sponsors. Or you may be able to build an individual and regular giving program that will ask the community to join us in the fight against domestic and family violence. Hopefully you will have had broad experience across all forms of fundraising and supporting marketing activities for a medium-sized charity.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of a fundraising and marketing strategy to underpin our business plan and budget
- Manage and develop a cohesive fundraising and marketing team (currently volunteers) to help raise funds and awareness in line with our business strategy and budget
- Develop a unique donor management and communication process to ensure donors stay committed to our cause
- Manage and grow our donor database
- Build and execute four key fundraising campaigns each year
- Ensure that marketing initiatives (particularly social media, website, newsletters)and messaging align with the objectives
- Attendance on at least one shift weekly to understand the issues from the frontline

- Proven work experience as a senior fundraiser in a charity or NFP
