Perfect for a seasoned marketing expert with managerial skills and a drive for achieving business success, this role is tailored for a hands-on Marketing Manager in a dynamic setting. You'll directly report to the Managing Director of RELBDA and closely collaborate with the Deputy Vice President of Marketing at dormakaba, our parent company.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and inspire a collaborative marketing team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Drive and execute multichannel campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
• Shape and manage the annual marketing plan, adapting spending based on performance and ROI.
• Take charge of content distribution across platforms, optimizing for SEO and engagement.
• Contribute valuable insights to new product development and coordinate impactful updates to displays and showrooms.
• Elevate our digital presence by enhancing the website and CRM to improve customer interactions.
• Foster strong collaboration with key stakeholders in both RELBDA and dormakaba.

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Proven success in developing integrated marketing plans.
• Strong project management and decision-making skills.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, GA4, SEMrush & EDM software.
