About the role
You will provide senior leadership in reshaping and developing a high performance team culture across the operations. With a strategic approach to HR, you will work with the leadership team to support the business and people strategies identifying gaps between existing and desired ways of working, and formulating a strategic plan that fosters people and workforce culture that aligns to the company values whilst delivering business outcomes.
A leader of HR specialists and generalists, you will foster the growth and development of your team leveraging your capability across organisational design, remuneration and benefits, generalist HR, ER/IR as well as workforce planning and resourcing. Effective relationship building internally and externally will be essential.

As an experienced HR Leader, you hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant area and have demonstrated experience in a similar role. Your demonstrated experience across a range of HR core capabilities together with your strategic approach will see you well placed to influence and deliver the people plan.
