You'll also be responsible for reducing risk, increasing operational effectiveness, and driving innovation which improves both security and user experience, providing strong strategic and delivery leadership to a globally dispersed team and stakeholders.If you would like to manage the end-to-end IAM capability for employees, customers, partners and vendors, manage and maintain all business and technical IAM standards, patterns and procedures along with accountability for the delivery, optimisation and health of all current and future IAM technology, please apply!Day to day:TransformationDevelop a clear vision and strategy for IAM transformation, maintaining a roadmap that includes the ongoing assessment of current capabilities to identify gaps and inefficiencies * Establish and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures required to achieve defined strategies and ensure complianceEvaluate emerging technologies & solutions to enhance security postureDesign & maintain IAM related architectures that supports FCTG evolving business needs, scalability requirements, and integration with existing IT systems and applicationsLeadershipLead and oversee the execution of transformation projects, including change management plans to effectively communicate the vision, benefits, and impacts of the transformation initiatives to stakeholdersBuild and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentorship, collaboration, agility, accountability, innovation and professional development opportunities * Establish relationships and engagement with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on IAM strategies, including business leaders, IT teams, legal, and compliance, to ensure alignment
- Develop and manage the budget, supporting strategic priorities and operational needs
- Ensure access control mechanisms are defined and managed to safeguard sensitive data and resources, including authentication, authorization, and privileged Access Management
- Proven 5+ years' experience in a senior leadership role overseeing Identity and Access Management functions in a global enterprise environment
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM are highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing IAM strategies, policies, and governance frameworks to address complex business and security challenges
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing IAM projects, initiatives, and teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
