We are looking for a Head of Key Partnerships to join our ambitious and outcome-focused team.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Broking, the Head of Key Partnerships is accountable for leading the delivery of Key partnership growth and management. This will be done through strategic and effective engagement and communications across internal and external stakeholders.
Offering plenty of variety and engagement, this role will be responsible for driving existing and new growth for Insurance House.
Key areas of focus will be:
- Manage strategic partnerships with industry associations and professional groups
- Collaborating with our broking team to develop new products and expand strategic growth opportunities
- Support the regional managers in achieving divisional objectives and results
- Lead and develop a small team of general insurance brokers
You're a natural networker with an understanding or previous experience in insurance, you excel in driving strategic objectives and are motivated in your approach. You're known for your effective communication skills and inquisitive nature.
We've got some big goals to achieve, which you’ll take on with pride and enthusiasm. Relationships with insurers are as critical as is your acute awareness of the needs of our clients.
You have proven people management experience, with a focus on the professional development of your team. Your technical expertise will ensure all regulatory guidelines are understood and adhered to via regular and accurate reporting as well as product reviews.
