In partnership with Mars Recruitment, our client has experienced continued success over the years, and is now looking to recruit a Head of Sales based in Melbourne. Consisting of 90 employees globally, mostly in AU, NZ and the US, they have experienced rapid growth and usage of the platform with exciting plans in the pipeline.
Working closely with the C-suite you will be responsible for accelerating our sales performance and maximising market opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on business OKRs, which will have strong SaaS metrics alignment
- Develop sales strategies and implement plans to drive growth, including building and managing the sales pipeline and setting quotas
- Implement a disciplined sales cadence across the team
- Build strong relationships with your team and provide ongoing coaching and development
- Use business data to make informed decisions and set goals
- Develop and maintain key relationships and accounts
- Set up our new CRM (Hubspot) and ensure full usage
- Complete accurate monthly forecasting and reporting to Senior Leadership Team and The Board when required
Criteria:
- You are a strong leader with proven experience managing a high performing team, with experience with short sales cycles
- Experience managing a rigorous pipeline process and excellent disciplines to meet sales targets
- You have experience working with digital and B2B SAAS products
