Head of Marketing - AU Your Responsibilities: Working closely with the Global Marketing Teams and Regional Asia Teams to understand the strategy and develop local alignment Clear understanding of local consumer to develop marketing strategy and annual marketing plans for AU and NZ. Identifying relevant opportunities for the marketing strategy within online and offline channels. Plan and hosting comprehensive strategy workshops with external and internal stakeholders, agreeing commercial marketing plans and optimizing marketing budgets across the brand portfolio Evaluating and reporting of all campaigns results Working and managing relevant external agencies, ensuring KPIs are set, measured, evaluated and communicated Management of Marketing budget to ensure it is forecasted, planned and tracked accordingly Manage, coach and develop the local marketing team Digital Marketing The role is responsible for the end-to-end digital space for AU & NZ including the ecommerce website optimization, Search Marketing, Social Marketing, Digital Media, Content Strategies, Email Marketing, Consumer Acquisition & Retention and Data Analytics & Reporting. Develop and implementation of a consumer centric digital marketing strategy that delivers brand awareness, consumer engagement and sales growth through search, social and Email Marketing campaigns. Development of digital media plans including SEO, SEM to drive traffic, conversion, sales and consumer engagement In-depth consumer segmentation analysis using transactional data to develop consumer personas for targeted & triggered campaigns for stretching the life time value of consumers Development of digital marketing brand and product campaigns, collaborating with the sales and marketing functions to deliver truly integrated campaigns and relevant creative content for the brand for use in conjunction with wholesale partners. Management of external agencies to deliver on KPIs set Building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and communicate digital strategy to the wider business Manage, coach and develop the brand marketing specialist Working with the broader business to identify process and new strategies to improve team performance and success Report and analyse all digital metrics and develop tactical strategies as required Brand Communications Commercialization of the overall global PR/Influencer strategy to enhance brand awareness and presence in the market Leading the Consumer Facing Brand activation strategies in all bricks and mortar channels for Triumph and Sloggi. This includes all branding execution, VM solutions and in store activations. Development and implementation of Marketing toolkits to all wholesale accounts, seeking buy in and activations in each season launch Develop and roll-out brand activation guidelines, support tools, education for the sales force and bra stylists across AU and NZ Identify strategic partners for Triumph to partner with and develop brand activations plans Report and analyse all PR/Influencer metrics and highlight key angles for media uptake Provide the Business Directors with insights and learnings from campaign activity and recommendations to impact growth Trade Marketing Oversee Marketing elements of the new B2B ordering system Working closely with Sales on the development of their B2B CRM program Development and delivery of Seasonal Sell-in workshop for partners across key accounts and independents for AW and SS Product Marketing Working closely with the Assortment team, oversee the development of all consumer facing product copy and packaging (local developments) Development of product marketing support tools, including product catalogue (NCB), look books and other printed materials requirements Overseeing the e-commerce and campaign photography shoot for local ranges ensuring global brand alignment and creative execution of ranges as defined Event Management Key leader for event management across the business including PR events, media launches, twice yearly Sales & Marketing workshops and conferences, annual stakeholder commercial events for key wholesale accounts (ie. Fitting Festivals, Training Events, In-store activations) Your ideal profile: 7+ years professional marketing experience Proven results in the digital world Understanding of SEO, SEM and web management tools Knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing platforms Strong understanding of digital marketing practices Good experience of social media engagement and best practice Experience in consumer segmentation analysis Ability to lead and develop a team Strong analytical and commercial acumen Ability to work under pressure A degree in marketing, communications or advertising is essential High level of passion and energy to motivate and inspire the immediate team and wider business Strong organizational and planning skills with a drive to succeed and deliver on time and on budget Good communicator up, down and across the stakeholder chain You will never walk alone As a family owned business with more than 135 years of experience, Triumph embraces diversity throughout our global organization.
