This is a unique and exciting role! You will lead and grow the development and execution of Marketing strategies to continue business success, retailer wealth and brand equity.
You will establish and maintain strong relationships with Executives, retailers and suppliers to continue to grow the premium customer experience in our fast food/QSR sites.
KeyAccountabilities:
- Develop revenue generating marketing campaigns in partnership with internal and external teams
- Oversee the creation of all marketing material and communications, print and digital
- Determine and manage the marketing budget and key performance metrics, reporting on investment return
- Devising and implementing all Product and Channel marketing communications
- Responsible for the implementation of digital strategies to meet business objectives and drive business growth
- Developing briefs for external suppliers including creative, media and PR agencies
- Developing and managing promotional and advertising material in line with marketing objectives
Key Selection Criteria:
- Background in a management level position in Convenience and or Retail (Fast Food/QSR) essential
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant marketing management/business discipline or equivalent industry experience essential
- Digital marketing experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skill set
- Effective project/timeline management
- Ability to drive and manage with a hands on approach
