The Head of Marketing and Communications is a critical strategic role designed to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing and communications strategies to promote NIDA's brand, programs and initiatives. You will drive engagement with diverse audiences, enhance NIDA's reputation, and contribute to the growth and success of Australia's premier institution for performing arts education.
About You
- Proven experience and successful track record with a minimum of 8 years in similar marketing and communications roles, preferably in the arts, entertainment, and/or education sectors.
- A strategic thinker with a track record of driving results and achieving targets in consultation with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving organisational objectives.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing and communications strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, CRM systems and analytics.
- Passion for the performing arts and a commitment to promoting creativity and education.

About the role
This is a full-time 2-year contract. The base annual salary range is between $140,000 - $150,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience) + 11% Superannuation, based on a 38-hour week.
