AddressThis exciting opportunity, based in Canberra, is with a member based not-for-profit association funded through membership fees and business partnerships. It is the biggest association in its category with members ranging from sole operators to larger businesses.
Reporting into the CEO, and working closely with the COO and the Membership Team, this role leading one direct report, will develop and deliver the marketing and communications strategy and plans, including activities and campaigns across brand, corporate communications, digital and traditional marketing.
The organisation is investing substantially in a new CRM system and automation tool, and so its implementation, will be an additional responsibility of the role in conjunction with the BAU activities.
To be considered you will previously have worked in a B2B corporate environment with a recognisable brand(s) as a senior marketing and communications professional and leader.
To be successful you will possess a broad knowledge of Marketing and communications skills across traditional and digital. You will be professional, hard-working and energetic in style, and be prepared to take ownership of the marketing function. It is important you are willing to move up and down the spectrum between developing strategy all the way though to execution. Key will be your interpersonal and collaborative skills, along with your 'can do' attitude.
