ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a full time, qualified Sales & Marketing Manager to help us grow sales and develop business opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and implementing sale and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, setting sale targets for Brighton Bakery;
- Building a team in charge of account management and new business development, maintaining and building relationship with existing and prospective customers;
- Identifying key customer needs, seasonality and consumer trends of customers;
- Looking for new business opportunities, marketing and pitching sales opportunities to key business players based on the business strategy and customers’ needs and trends;
- Managing and growing sales to achieve key business objectives and sale targets of Brighton Bakery;
- Planning and implementing sales and marketing campaigns and activities and social medias to maximize market reach and brand visibility.
ABOUT YOU
Selection criteria include:
- Minimum 3 years in sales in a sales and marketing role with experience in client relationship building, management and business development;
- Demonstrated ability to handle all tasks associated with developing sales and marketing strategies, managing a team, coordinating sales and marketing campaigns;
- Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills;
- Ability to self-manage and self-motivate;
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results;
- Work with enthusiasm and a positive 'can do' attitude.
SALARY: $80,000 - $110,000 (Plus Super)
