About the Role:
Join us in this exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact as our Head of Marketing, you'll be at the forefront of our educational institutions brand elevation and expansion efforts. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will elevate the profile of our institution and programs, driving expansion with key audiences. The role is responsible for undertaking market research, creating integrated campaigns, producing sales materials and collateral, and contributing to branding, digital marketing, web and social media to create a brand image among potential students which ultimately would lead to their enrollment in the institution.

Job responsibilities:

  • Developing, maintaining, and executing the marketing strategy to align with our business plan.
  • Lead the team to create distinct written and visual content that engages audiences and stakeholders including video, multimedia, and digital assets.
  • Provide authoritative advice and guidance on continuous improvement projects that transform the customer experience, through the proliferation of digital tools across customer and student services areas.
  • Proactively consider and communicate how our educational institutions can expand and leverage its opportunities through the use of digital marketing.
  • Develop strategic and functional digital marketing plans, informed by forecasting trends and consumer insight.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the wider Marketing and Communications team, teaching and learning business areas, and the Executive Team.
  • Ensure that brand identity, messaging and marketing and communications strategy are infused in all organisational efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior marketing role within the educational institutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Optimised web publishing, (html and no-code), IA, SEO, UX, CX.
  • Owned vs paid digital advertising and communication channels (social media, Meta, Google, EDM, display, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing automation, data analytics and reporting.
  • Business scope gathering and technical briefs for educational institutions.
  • Accessibility, risk and compliance.
