AddressAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Marketing & Ecommerce to join a dynamic team at Allkinds.
This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining the strategic communications framework of Allkinds. This role will own the marketing and digital budget for the brand and, in partnership with Creative, Product, and Retail teams, ensure a consistent brand message and customer experience. You will set and oversee a detailed calendar of activities and lead a multi-disciplinary marketing, digital, and CRM team tasked with the execution of multi-channel marketing activities.
THE ROLE:
- Develop and oversee the brand content and communications strategy across Marketing & PR, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and CRM.
- Develop and manage the budget for all related activities.
- Oversee the development and execution of the brand marketing calendar.
- Oversee the PR, events, and social media calendar
- Oversee reporting and assessment of performance of PR, social, and event activity.
- Develop and evolve the digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth across key channels
- Develop and optimise a performance marketing plan that supports the overall trading of the online business across all channels in collaboration with our digital agency.
- Develop and implement a digital/e-commerce strategy in line with the overall business roadmap to drive revenue growth.
- Lead the website day-to-day management, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Drive the development and implementation of a CRM strategy to deliver sales/profit growth, improved customer relationships, and customer retention.
- Provide analysis on all marketing activity and identify market/customer insights to inform business decisions.
- On-site in St Kilda Rd offices 5 days per week.
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in a Marketing discipline (preferred)
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and reviewing brand strategies and campaigns that have delivered the desired outcomes within defined budgets.
- Extensive experience in Brand Marketing, PR, Communications, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and CRM.
- Proven experience in leadership and management.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, negotiation, and written skills.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing creative retail concepts.
- In-depth understanding of national and international retailing landscapes.
- Significant experience in budgeting, administration, and reporting.
- Outstanding business acumen.
- Must have a valid Working with Children Check.
