We are now recruiting for an experienced Head of National Accounts based in Sydney. This role will join the senior leadership team to create and manage the variety of service offerings that we provide to our major customers across Australia.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work closely with the leadership team to develop the strategy to ensure growth in our portfolio of National customers across Australia. In addition, you will be:
Responsibility-
- Managing closely and adding value with our existing customers, and building stronger relationships with our alliance partners
- Working with our Australian and Global National Accounts teams on trans-Tasman and global customer opportunities
- Responsible for the management of your team, ensuring they demonstrate high levels of engagement and performance through effective day-to-day leadership
- Coaching and developing your team to ensure they are able to operate at the optimal level and succeed in their roles
- Building customer loyalty by effectively meeting customer needs; building productive customer relationships; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensuring all customer complaints are resolved professionally including follow-up if required, to the customer’s satisfaction.
You will have:
- Relevant Tertiary degree
- Previous experience in Sales and Matrix management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven leadership skills, a strong customer-centric focus, and commercial acumen
- Proven commercial experience and exceptional negotiation skills
- Creative thinking skills with the ability to present strong propositions, negotiate favorable outcomes, and build long-term relationships with key internal and external customers and stakeholders
