This high profile Financial Services disruptor has a high profile private equity investment base and a track-record of over delivering on revenue projections. The business is experiencing rapid growth, has first mover advantage, a robust business model and impressive Executive Management credentials.
Due to this continued growth we are seeking a technically strong yet commercial Head of Finance who wants to be part of this growth story. You will partner with a high performance CFO in implementing and delivering a best in class finance function. There is a requirement to help create and form the processes and procedures that may ultimately lead to an IPO.
As the 2iC to the CFO this Head of Finance will oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, M&A support, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
You will have the support of a small team and will be responsible for the delivery of the financial and management reporting and Board packs. This is a broad 'hands-on' role but will also give you excellent commercial and business exposure as well as access to high profile projects (M&A, Systems, regional growth).
CA qualified and Big 4 trained you will be technically strong having cut your teeth in a reputable Financial Services firm in an end to end finance role. Top notch performance ratings along with exemplary stakeholder engagement skills will stand you in good stead for this role. The opportunity to transition into the Group CFO role will be open to a high performer.
