Job Responsibilities:
Join our team as the leader responsible for overseeing all operational functions related to People and Culture. This includes;
- Developing Policies and Procedures
- Managing Industrial Relations
- Handling Employee Lifecycle Activities
- Leading and supporting Workplace Health & Safety
- Workforce Data Analytics
- Managing Human Capital Management Systems.

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources / Employee Relations combined with extensive leadership experience.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role
- Experience with Workplace Health & Safety
- Experience in development of business strategy and relations
